Good overall experience. Clean pleasant accommodation with unbeatable location between airport and helpful staff. Very impressed with queen room except for a wardrobe. Location adjacent to Uguisudani station of the Yanamote line and Tokyo for a wedding. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Safa and Marwa Hill.

Hotel facility is good, internet (LAN) also movie/video are free. Room is standard Japan quite big. Walking to train station (uguisudani) only 5 minutes. Also you can walk to Ueno Park around 10-15 minutes.

Hotel pretends to offer better services than what it actually does : you have to pay for early check in or late check out, the internet connection in the reception is amazingly slow, staff speaks barely English.

This hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Uguisudani Station. Rooms are surprisingly spacious for the price, ideal for travelers with luggage. The extensive breakfast buffet is a plus, though it can get crowded. A solid choice for budget-conscious visitors!

The hotel is brand new and everything works well. the shower is great...and there were flat screen HD tvs in the rooms.

i stayed in the twin room with a friend, it felt small sometimes, this room isnt for a big person.

The hotel is conveniently located near Uguisudani Station, and the cozy atmosphere with cute decor. The breakfast was a highlight, with freshly baked croissants and a variety of delicious options. I wish the cleanliness of the room was a little better on arrival.

The Superior Twin Room was decent-sized for Tokyo, a nice surprise. Beds were comfy, and the bathroom was pretty spacious too. Cleanliness could be improved a bit. It had a slightly dirty feel on arrival. The breakfast was definitely a highlight with a mix of Japanese dishes and pastries. There's a supermarket right downstairs and eateries nearby, super convenient!

We took breaks between exploring Akihabara Electric Town and Tokyo Solamachi, which are both super fun. The location is perfect and there are plenty of eateries nearby. Staff was friendly, and the hotel's massage facilities were a nice touch to unwind after our adventures. Bring an iron if your clothes wrinkle easily!

I found the overall cleanliness could have been better, the room had a bit of a dirty feeling on arrival that left us feeling uncomfortable.

Excellent place with free wi-fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me find my lost bracelet during my first stay! I recommend trying the breakfast. I'm definitely coming back.
